Byliny, Düsseldorf: Sauerbraten, mustard roast beef and a local favourite in the Lorettoviertel

When Byliny opened in Unterbilk in March 2017, I was sceptical about whether the neighbourhood needed yet another restaurant. That question was soon settled. From April 2018 to September 2022 I was a guest of Norman Metzing and Micha Caasmann again and again, and in four editions of my magazine, from 2020 to 2023, Byliny had its own page.
