Colombella, Düsseldorf: thin crust, a modern twist and a vitello that hits the mark

In Oberkassel, Colombella gets a lot right. The interior is modern and stylish, with plenty of space, the service is on the ball, and the pizza comes with a thin, crispy base. My first visit, and certainly not the last.
