If anyone said to me "Sascha, why not drive over to Velbert, you can get really good sushi there", my first thought would be that the person in front of me had a screw loose. But if it isn't just anyone saying it, but several food-loving friends from the Bergisches Land, things look rather different. And if I also know from a reliable source who the fish dealer is, then I have to give the whole thing a chance.
