Jones, Düsseldorf: mirrored diamonds, a cloud of blossom and the terrace by the Hofgarten

At the northern end of the Königsallee stands the Steigenberger Parkhotel, one of the city's top addresses and for many years one of my regular culinary stops. Where the Steigenberger Eck used to be, you now find Jones. A brasserie that mixes regional and international dishes freely, with a room worth looking at and a terrace people fight over on summer days.
