Lido Malkasten, Düsseldorf: In the artists' house, looking out over the park

In summer 2017 the Lido family opened its third restaurant in the Malkasten by the Hofgarten, and since the 2018 edition the house has had its page in my magazine again and again. I witnessed three chapters here: the start with “Mix and Share”, the years with head chef Hannah Kreymann and the time with Christian Heim, for whom I brought along a 38-kilo opah in June 2023.
