Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, Berlin: An evening at the Brandenburg Gate

In July 2025 I checked into the Hotel Adlon and dined in the Belle Etage in the evening, with the Brandenburg Gate outside the windows. In the kitchen was Jonas Zörner, who had arrived from the Golvet only a few months earlier, and in the dining room Oliver Kraft and Hans-Martin Konrad. The two of us ate our way through both of the house's menus.
