In the autumn, my culinary travels took me to Monheim am Rhein for a second time; this time to visit Sabine and Lars Ohters, who opened their restaurant Ohters in an old villa in the historic town centre exactly two years ago and more or less took the hearts of the people of Monheim by storm. But how could it be otherwise, given that the two of them offer everything you could wish for.
