The best Fish in Town, it says on the Poisson website, and I would sign that statement blindfolded. I'd even go a step further and say Poisson serves the best fish in the Rhineland. The country's big guides would surely tick off my opening words too, because of the mere handful of good fish restaurants in NRW, Poisson is the only one mentioned by every one of them in their current editions.
