For a long time the former cult pub was considered past its best and was visited, if at all, only at Carnival. That was to change overnight, however, when the brothers Stefan and Christian Conrady decided two years ago to breathe new life into the place. Today Sassafras shines in new splendour and combines good food and bar culture in a stylish, nostalgic pub setting.
