For more than 30 years, restaurant stalwart Franz-Josef Schorn ran his restaurant of the same name in Düsseldorf's Unterbilk district, but at the end of 2015 that was it, for the time being . Since the start of the year, Franz-Josef has been back with and in his "Schorn", and he's brought reinforcement on board in the shape of Lukas Schild, who previously cooked with Jean-Claude Bourgueil at Im Schiffchen and in his own "Kleines Genussreich" in Düsseldorf.
