Tantris DNA, Munich: The last evening belongs to the classics

Two restaurants under one roof. Alongside the tasting-menu restaurant, the Tantris in Schwabing has the DNA, where you order à la carte and dishes are carved at the table. That is where I ended my Munich week in September 2024, with langoustine, veal sweetbreads and a Boeuf Rossini en croûte.
