Yunico

At the beginning of December my culinary travels took me back to historic Bonn, to visit YUNICO at the Kameha Grand Bonn. As the wordplay in the name suggests, its self-imposed goal is to be "unico", in other words unique. A bold statement, but as it turns out time and again, a justified one.

As I'm a little early, I have the chance for a quick chat with Christian Sturm-Willms, "Germany's biggest Michelin-starred chef". And that's not just big talk either: at round about 2.10 metres tall, he has every right to say so.
