Zweigleisig, Düsseldorf: sushi, grill and tapas up on the bridge

I've been coming back to Zweigleisig again and again since 2018 and have seen quite a lot here. Three head chefs, the closure during the first lockdown and, in September 2021, the fresh start with Ryan Yuen and Cheng Zhou from DEN Restaurant. What has stayed is the motto "East meets West" and the habit of ordering everything for the middle of the table.
