Friday is fish day – and if it's a sunny Friday, ideally in spring or late summer, and I have a bit of time at lunchtime too, I like to make a little trip to the southern edge of the city, to tranquil Urdenbach. 51° 9‘ 1‘‘ N and 6° 51‘ 39‘‘ E are the coordinates, or at least that's what a hand-painted sign reveals at the destination of my trip – Markus Schulte's Altes Fischerhaus.
