Augustin, Cologne: Eric Werner's garden of lights in the Kunibert quarter

In the listed Kolpinghaus from 1904, between the main station and the Rhine, Eric Werner opened Augustin in October 2022, back then as a second address alongside his Michelin-starred restaurant astrein. In August 2023 I went there for lunch. Today Augustin is his only kitchen.
